Clever Idea for a Bridal Gift!
I’m so excited to share a new friend I met, Jodi. She has the cutest business – Lucky U Cupcakes. Before you start thinking, oh boy, another cupcake joint that will add inches to my waistline, let me explain these special treats.
Her cupcakes are gluten free, nut free, and calorie free. How is that possible, you ask? Because her cupcakes are made of panties. Seriously!
A panty cupcake is deliciously flavored with exquisite panties wrapped in a pair of soft cotton anklet socks and or thigh high stockings. Every cupcake is served in a pink bakery box with a note card.
One feature that I love about Lucky U Cupcakes is the Cupcake Club. As a Cupcake Club Member, you will receive one everyday “panty cupcake™” conveniently delivered right to your door in their signature pink bakery box with a note card each month. How fun!
Head on over to Lucky U to see the full selection of panty cupcakes and have fun shopping!

Unique Wedding Location – The Hangar in Henderson, Nevada
When I heard about this awesome and unique wedding venue near Las Vegas, I had to share it with all of you!

The Hangar includes airplanes of all kinds as static displays. They have a fully stocked and staffed bar, a DJ, a fabulous photographer , videographer, minister, and all the fun stuff anyone would want for their wedding. Everything is catered, from an appetizer buffet to a full seated dinner. They have access to incredible bakeries and flower shops, as well as wedding coordinating companies.

They can do weddings in a Caravan above the Grand Canyon or above the strip and have receptions for up to 120 people. They will be also have wedding ceremonies inside the hangar.

Want something totally different? They can even do a wedding right before or right after the couple goes up in an air combat mission and dogfight against each other!!!

Most events take place on Sundays and Mondays, but don’t hesitate to contact them if you need a different day.
The great news? The venue is a steal starting at $2500! View more info on their website and be sure to tell them that Chic Ink sent you over.

This is her signature style cake topper that is fully customizable to your likeness.

Perfect Groomsmen Gifts – Handcrafted Cufflinks
I don’t know if you saw the post awhile back about the guy in Seattle that posted a listing on Craigslist to find an extra groomsman. The reason he was looking for another one was because his fiancee had made him an extra pair of d-20 cufflinks. Since my husband works for the largest gaming company (Wizards of the Coast) I knew I had to see what those cufflinks looked like.
*On a side note, if you don’t know what I’m talking about, just grab the nearest nerdy guy and ask him if he can explain what a 20-sided die is for and if it is used in a little game called Dungeons and Dragons.
I began my search for funky cufflinks on Etsy, of course, and found the neatest shop – nostalgiclinks. Jennifer creates these fun and unique cuff links for every man in your life.
Here’s just a sampling of what she has in her shop – perfect for those groomsmen!
I love these ones made out of Lego pieces.
How about these compass ones?
For the watch collecting man – like my husband. I think I’ll get these for him for Valentine’s Day.
Can you think of a better way to ask your best man to be in your wedding? How about presenting him a pair of these cufflinks?
You should hop over to Jennifer’s shop – NostalgicLinks - and check out all the styles she has. She’ll even do custom work!
While you’re there, be sure to browse the Chic Ink Etsy shop. I’ll be adding more favors over the next few days.
